4. Service Availability and Duration

Services are offered based on availability and are subject to booking confirmation. The duration of the engagement (full-time or part-time) must be agreed upon between the customer and Home Ninjas at the time of booking. Any changes to the duration or scope of services must be communicated in advance and are subject to approval.

5. Payment Terms

• The fee for the services shall be agreed upon at the time of booking.

• Payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule provided on our Site.

• Payment can be made via the methods indicated on the Site (credit card, online banking, etc.).

• Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

• Cancellation by Home Ninjas: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to personnel unavailability. In such cases, we will provide a refund or alternative arrangement.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed only in cases where cancellation is done in accordance with the cancellation policy, or if services were not delivered as agreed.

7. Background Verification

Home Ninjas conducts background checks and verification of all personnel before assigning them to your household. However, we cannot guarantee that the information obtained from third-party sources is fully accurate. By using our services, you acknowledge that the final responsibility for monitoring the personnel's behavior and performance lies with you.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• You agree to provide a safe and conducive environment for the personnel to perform their duties.

• You are responsible for communicating clear instructions regarding the tasks and duties to be performed.

• Any special requirements (e.g., dietary needs, health considerations) should be communicated clearly during the booking process.

9. Liability

• Home Ninjas shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to injury, loss, theft, or property damage.

• While we strive to provide qualified personnel, we do not guarantee the performance, conduct, or behavior of the personnel during the service period.

• Any issues regarding the services should be reported to us promptly for resolution.

11. Termination
