CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
At Home Ninjas (Brahmakashyap Home Services Pvt Ltd), we strive to provide quality domestic services, including cooks, housemaids, babysitters, and patient care professionals. We understand that sometimes situations change, and you may need to modify or cancel a booking. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation by the Customer (Part-time & Full-time Services):
Cancellation before Service Commencement:
Up to 48 hours before the start of service: Full refund of any advance payment made.
Between 48 hours and 24 hours before service: 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.
Less than 24 hours before service: No refund will be provided.
Cancellation after Service Commencement:
If you cancel the service after the assigned worker has started, no refund will be provided for the services already rendered.
For any prepaid services for future days, a prorated refund will be issued for the remaining days of the service period, subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation by Home Ninjas
In rare cases where Home Ninjas must cancel the service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as staff unavailability, emergencies, etc.), the customer will be offered:
A full refund of the advance payment, or
An option to reschedule the service at a mutually convenient time.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Customers can reschedule a booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without any charge.
Rescheduling requests made within 24-48 hours of the service start time will incur a 10% administrative fee.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the service will be considered a cancellation, and our cancellation terms will apply.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit, as per customer preference.
Refunds for cash payments will be issued via bank transfer, and customers must provide necessary bank details for the same.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
Registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
If any customized services or specific arrangements were made upon your request, those charges may not be fully refundable.
6. No-Show Policy
If the assigned worker is unable to reach the service location due to reasons beyond their control (such as incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, etc.), it will be treated as a no-show. In such cases:
The customer will be notified.
No refund will be provided for the service day.
7. Refund Disputes
For any concerns or disputes regarding refunds, please contact our customer support at [email/contact details] within 7 days of receiving the refund confirmation. We will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
